At Modern Mode, we strive to provide our customers with the best shopping experience possible. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our refund policy below.

Need to return - Few points to remember:

Please mention your order number in the subject line to help us quickly process your returns/exchanges.

Returns/exchange request need to be within 2 days of the delivery of product.

Fill the returns form for easy processing of refunds.

All returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons, and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.

Shipping Charges and Taxes shall be non-refundable.

Please ensure that the returned merchandize is unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and is in a saleable condition.

Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.

In the case of returns, banks normally take 7-10 business days to process a refund once it has been initiated from our end.

HOW TO CANCEL MY ORDER?

 Once the order is placed, we are afraid no cancellation will be accepted.

 However, we can make certain exceptions specially for you :)

 If a certain item ordered was not processed by us, that item alone can be replaced for an equivalent value or an additional value item.

Considering the additional price is paid. A refund ONLY for that item will be provided. The refund processing timeline would take 5 to 7 working days considering the mode of transaction.

I PUT THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS, OR MADE A MISTAKE ON MY ORDER, CAN YOU CHANGE IT?

-If it is after business hours, leave us a clear and detailed message with your name, phone number, and your order number. We will get back to you as soon as we can.

-We are afraid no corrections or changes can be made after the order has been shipped. Additional charges must be paid for re-shipping.

  • Package the item securely, and proof of purchase (invoice), and ship it to the address provided by our customer support team.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged or defective.

Refunds will only be issued for the purchase price of the item. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
